Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage in Germantown, WI is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2 PM–10 PM). The role offers base pay with shift differential totaling $26.50/hr.

You will manage cycle counts, inventory reporting, and FSQ compliance, and serve as a subject matter expert for Ross ERP, Savannah, and TraceGains. This position emphasizes cross-functional teamwork and growth opportunities with a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the inventory accuracy for ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Spend time in warehouse and production areas to validate physical inventory.
• Coordinate material transfers with internal operations and external partners.
• Support FIFO/FEFO practices and FSQ compliance.
• Perform routine cycle counts and maintain inventory integrity.
• Assist with year-end inventory audits.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive root-cause corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, FSQ, Procurement, and Customer Service.
