Job summary

Sephora is hiring an Inventory Control Associate for the 2nd shift in Las Vegas. The role includes cycle counts, researching missing products, and auditing orders to ensure quality across distribution center processes.

You will operate RF terminals, manage inventory locations, and assist in packaging and promotional activities. Requirements include a high school diploma and familiarity with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS or similar software.
• Ability to learn warehouse layout and locate products.
• Experience using RF terminals to track inventory.
• Strong math and counting skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform overflow/cycle counts and research missing product.
• Respond to questions about product location and status.
• Conduct audits on packed orders for quality standards.
• Perform slotting and cubiscan activities.
• Prepare promotional packages and gift bags.
• Track samples for online orders.
