Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Dothan, AL is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shipping operations on the 2nd shift (12:00pm–10:00pm). Responsibilities include maintaining records of physical and virtual inventories, processing orders and invoices, coordinating with purchasing and receiving, and ensuring correct product IDs and stock levels.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and working in varied temperatures with PPE.

Qualifications

• Experience using warehouse inventory systems and cycle counting processes.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic data entry skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and operate in varied temperature environments with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product to ensure correct product ID, conduct cycle counts regularly and assist in physical inventories.
• Look at stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other listed information with catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references to verify accuracy of shipping order.
• Review files to find unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
