Job summary

Avantor is seeking a 2nd Shift Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory movement across multiple ISO class7 cleanroom locations. The role is based in Devens, MA with a Monday–Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am schedule.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining records, locating products, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The candidate should have a high school diploma and 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems.
• Strong math, Excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory movement across multiple ISO class7 cleanroom locations.
• Supervise, coach and discipline staff using sound communication techniques.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Locate products within the system and adjust records for discrepancies.
• Audit and report on inventory accuracy and recouped/returnable stock.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Supervisors.
