Job summary
SPACE EXPLORATION TECHNOLOGIES CORP is seeking an Integration & Test Specialist to support Starlink satellite production. The successful candidate will ensure quality in the production process, evaluate non-conforming hardware, and assist in process improvements. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience are required. Preferred candidates hold an associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Compensation ranges from $34 to $51 per hour depending on level, along with comprehensive benefits including stock options, medical coverage, and generous vacation time.
Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in a hands-on manufacturing environment or a relevant bachelor's degree.
Ability to adapt to constantly changing assignments and fast-paced work environments.
Responsibilities
Provide daily operations support to sub-assembly production area.
Evaluate non-conforming hardware and drive resolution and preventative actions.
Assist process development and validation on new designs.
Skills
Hands on fabrication, assembly, or test experience
Ability to read detailed schematics and instructions
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Education
High school diploma or equivalency
Bachelor's degree in an engineering, math or science discipline
