Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an Inspector / Packers for a manufacturing facility in West Brookfield, MA. This hands-on role offers a fast-paced production environment with opportunities to contribute to quality standards.

You will work on an assembly line, assemble and pack foam products, and rotate between stations to support production needs in the 4pm-2am shift, Monday-Thursday with possible overtime.

Looking for a hands-on position with a supportive team environment? CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Inspector / Packers for a manufacturing facility in West Brookfield, MA.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an assembly line team to manufacture, assemble, and package products in accordance with production requirements and quality standards.
• Assemble and build boxes for foam products using established work instructions and packaging procedures.
• Pack foam molds into boxes accurately and efficiently while maintaining production and quality expectations.
• Tape, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment to ensure product protection and proper presentation.
• Move completed boxes from the production line to pallets using safe material handling practices.
• Verify pallet orders for completeness and accuracy prior to transfer to the warehouse or shipping department.
• Rotate between workstations throughout the day to support production needs, maintain workflow efficiency, and provide task variety.

• Ability to remain on your feet for the duration of the shift while performing assigned job duties.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes and materials safely as needed throughout the workday.
