Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking an Inspector / Packers for a manufacturing facility in West Brookfield, MA. This hands-on role offers a fast-paced production environment with opportunities to contribute to quality standards.

You will work on an assembly line, assemble and pack foam products, and rotate between stations to support production needs in the 4pm-2am shift, Monday-Thursday with possible overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for entire shift and perform duties.
• Ability to safely lift and move boxes and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate as part of an assembly line to manufacture, assemble, and package products per standards.
• Assemble and build foam product boxes using work instructions.
• Pack foam molds into boxes accurately and efficiently.
• Tape, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment.
• Move boxes from production line to pallets.
• Verify pallet orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Rotate between stations to support production needs and maintain efficiency.
