Job summary

Plexus Corp. seeks an Inline Trainer to coach manufacturing associates on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6am–2pm) and ensure training compliance across processes. The role drives continuous improvement and zero defects in the assigned area while supporting production during peak times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• 1 year of related experience; 2 years preferred.
• Experience as a peer trainer or mentor is valued.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Preferred knowledge: Power BI, DCS, Cornerstone, ABIs, VKS.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and good at following instructions.
• Willing to work overtime, nights, weekends; flexible shifts.
• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes/equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reinforce training to ensure competency and zero defects.
• Train quality, operational, technical, EH&S standards in area.
• Collaborate with production lead to meet productivity goals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of equipment operations per ABIs and VKS.
• Conduct on-the-job training for core functions.
