Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while following detailed instructions.
• Strong attendance and reliability are required.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and twisting for up to 8 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow all company safety procedures and protocols.
• Review the daily production schedule and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Monitor tool cleanliness and ensure required tool cleaning procedures are completed.
• Verify correct raw materials are supplied and delivered to the production area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment within the department.
• Follow all established work instructions and operational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with Supervisors and Process Technicians regarding production needs or concerns.
• Contribute positively to team performance and productivity.
