Job summary

Staffmark Group in West Unity, OH is hiring a Production Associate for an immediate start. Pay rate is $16.50 per hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. You will load materials, perform quality checks, and help keep the production line moving.

This position offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus life and disability insurance and an optional 401(k). No prior experience required; training provided on the production line.

Qualifications

• Entry level position.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Will operate an injection mold machine, trimming and inspecting plastic parts.
• Visual quality inspections.
• Stacking parts in designated areas as they come out of the machine.
• Ensuring correct amount of parts are in correct bin and labeled correctly.
