Micron Solutions is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Injection Molding Process Technician to join our Fitchburg, MA facility. You'll set up and troubleshoot molding machines, perform mold changes, monitor processes, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will work with robotics and automated equipment, respond to alarms, and adjust processes within established parameters while collaborating with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Hands-on injection molding experience.
• Ability to set up and troubleshoot molding machines.
• Experience with mold changes and process adjustments.
• Comfort with monitoring cycle times and machine performance.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
• Perform mold and job changeovers.
• Monitor cycle times, machine performance, and process stability.
• Respond to alarms and processing issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
