Job summary

Micron Solutions is seeking an experienced 2nd shift Injection Molding Process Technician in Fitchburg, MA. You will set up and troubleshoot molding machines, perform mold changes, monitor performance, and keep production running safely and efficiently.

You will also work with robotics and automated equipment, responding to alarms, making adjustments, and documenting processes to drive efficiency and reduce scrap.

• Hands-on injection molding processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
• Perform mold and job changeovers.
• Set up and troubleshoot auxiliary equipment.
• Respond to machine alarms and processing issues.
• Make process adjustments within established parameters.
• Monitor cycle times, machine performance, and process stability.
• Troubleshoot basic robotics and automation issues.
• Complete required production and process documentation.
