MANN+HUMMEL is seeking a maintenance technician focused on injection molding equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex machinery to maximize uptime and reliability.

The role requires reading electrical schematics, performing preventive maintenance, and collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding equipment strongly preferred.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and manufacturing support systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Support mold changeovers and equipment setup activities as needed.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot motors, drives, sensors, conveyors, pumps, and automated production equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
• Complete maintenance work orders and documentation accurately within the maintenance management system.
• Partner with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
