Job summary

Stellar Energy Americas is seeking a 2nd shift Painter to operate and maintain spray painting and sandblasting equipment at our Jacksonville, FL facility. This role focuses on applying industrial coatings, adhering to SSPC/NACE standards, and maintaining safety and quality documentation.

The ideal candidate understands coating data sheets, SDS requirements, and has experience with Urethanes, epoxies, alkyds, and zinc-rich primers.

Qualifications

• Understand coating product data sheets and SDS requirements.
• Operate and maintain spraying, rolling, brushing applications in industrial settings.
• Follow SSPC/NACE standards and maintain required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain painting and sandblasting equipment.
• Monitor quality, safety, and health regulations during daily tasks.
• Direct and supervise helpers as needed.
• Prepare for ISO 9001 and other audits.
