KLA Industries in Sedalia, MO seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to perform precision maintenance on CNCs and supporting machinery. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using schematics and manuals.

Role requires strong experience with machine tools, HVAC, and pumps, plus CMMS documentation and strict safety practices. Team collaboration and reliable uptime are essential.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience.
• Ability to read manuals, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and utility vehicles.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC systems, and cooling systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use manuals and vendor resources to diagnose equipment issues.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings and schematics.
• Use precision tools to verify machine alignments.
• Perform alignments using conventional, laser, and electronic methods.
• Identify and repair industrial pump systems.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and status updates.
• Use CMMS to document maintenance activities and track work.
• Complete preventive and planned maintenance tasks.
• Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production impact.
