Job summary

RNInk is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Sedalia, MO. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machinery, robotics, and related equipment using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills.

You will leverage CMMS and perform preventive maintenance, align machinery, read schematics, and troubleshoot a range of systems while ensuring safety and reliability on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Industrial Maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
• Experience repairing CNC machinery, robotics, and machining centers.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs on CNC machinery, manual machines, robotics, and machining centers.
• Repair facility equipment including air compressors, HVAC, and cooling systems.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine tool mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Use manuals and vendor resources to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings.
• Use precision tools to verify machine alignments and perform laser/electronic alignment.
• Identify and repair industrial pump systems.
• Provide daily maintenance reports and update CMMS records.
• Follow safe rigging and material handling practices.
• Respond quickly to downtime to minimize production impact.
