Job summary

SPLASH Products, a division of Factory Motor Parts, Inc., seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its Saint Paul, MN facility. This role focuses on care, repair and preventative maintenance of equipment on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri 2:30pm–1:00am) with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include emergency repairs, PMs, line changeovers, and safety compliance. Candidates should have 1–2 years in maintenance, tooling skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years minimum manufacturing or general maintenance experience.
• Experience using power and hand tools.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and conveyor systems.
• Familiarity with common manufacturing equipment (e.g., Drop Packers, Top Sealers, Palletizers, Case Erectors, Blow Molding machines).
• Effective communication and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Perform emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Carry out daily preventive maintenance and line change-overs.
• Track repairs using CCMS and Red Zone programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety standards and housekeeping.
• Assist other team members and perform other duties as assigned.
