Talento Search Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in the Avon, Ohio area. This direct-hire role pays $27-32 per hour and operates on 2nd shift.

You will provide electrical, electronic and mechanical expertise to maintain and repair equipment while following safety procedures. Duties include fabricating repair parts, troubleshooting conveyors and hydraulic/pneumatic systems, using CMMS to complete reports, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with new installations and

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Robotics experience a plus.
• Manufacturing/Industrial work environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
• Maintain equipment mechanically and electrically following safety procedures.
• Troubleshooting of conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, hoists and testing equipment.
• Monitor, inspect, and report with CMMS.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Communicate equipment issues to the Maintenance Foreman.
• Assist in new installations and upgrades.
