Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting experience.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• OSHA forklift certification preferred; CMMS experience beneficial.
• Ability to read gauges, install and repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, pipe, and electrical systems.
• Ensure the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in the industrial facility.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and other system issues and implement solutions.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
• Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Operate tools including lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in training to stay current.
• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
