Kelly Services is partnering with a well-established manufacturer in Sheboygan, WI to hire an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift. The role involves installing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems to keep production running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician License or Electro-Mechanical Degree.
• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, conduit, and power supply for manufacturing equipment.
• Connect machine controls and power systems per electrical codes.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, transformers, PLCs, relays, switches, sensors, and controls.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Replace electrical and mechanical components as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Support equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout safety procedures.
