American Wood Fibers is seeking a skilled Millwright / Industrial Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift at the Jamestown, CA facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include scheduled maintenance, PMs, and quick response to equipment downtime. Candidates should have 2+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work independently with basic tools on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years of related experience in industrial maintenance.
• Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Must have a personal set of basic tools and work independently.
• Willingness to operate in a 2nd shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment and provides emergency/unscheduled repairs during production. Prepares and sets up machinery for scheduled productions runs.
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Safely operates mobile equipment including forklift, front end loader, and yard jockey/trailer combination.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, and organization of the maintenance department.
