Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of maintenance experience, industrial preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical + electrical).
• Experience with motors, controls, and production equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Attend shift safety meeting and review work orders.
• Inspect equipment and troubleshoot issues on the floor.
• Repair motors, wiring, or mechanical components to get machines back up.
• Perform preventive maintenance before breakdowns happen.
• Test systems using multimeters and diagnostic tools.
• Log repairs and updates in CMMS before shift end.
• Work with other techs on larger or recurring issues.
