Alianza is seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance Technician in Gastonia, NC to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. Qualifications

Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
Interpretation of mechanical and electrical schematics.
Experience with preventive maintenance and breakdown responses.
Knowledge of hydraulics, plumbing, and pumps.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Repair or replace defective components such as pumps, motors, valves, and sensors.
Inspect machinery and document maintenance actions and outcomes.
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment.
Respond to breakdowns during the second shift to minimize downtime.
