Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, seeks an industrial maintenance professional to join our Florence, NJ site. This on-site role handles preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of automated pharmacy equipment, with a 2nd shift schedule and a 12% shift differential.

You will troubleshoot PLC/electro-mechanical systems, review drawings, and document actions in MAXIMO, contributing to reliability improvements and cross-site support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or related electro-mechanical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC/computer-controlled electro-mechanical equipment.
• Experience interpreting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
• Ability to work outside scheduled hours as needed.
• Hands-on preventive and predictive maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve reliability of automated pharmacy equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLC/electro-mechanical equipment.
• Use drawings, schematics and diagnostic tools to identify issues.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify degraded performance.
• Analyze recurring failures and improve MTBF.
• Support equipment installations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document work orders and maintenance actions in MAXIMO.
• Maintain spare-parts inventory and train team members.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field
