Job description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established manufacturer of cabling products who is looking for an Industrial Electrician to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 2^nd shift and training on 1^st shift.

Responsibilities:

• Industrial Electrician will provide electrical and electronic maintenance, troubleshooting, and engineering support of production machinery, power distribution, and utility systems
• Electrician will perform electrical preventative, scheduled, and corrective maintenance
• Electrician will operate, modify, and maintain electrical power distribution systems, lighting systems, power for receptacles, hvac power and controls, etc.
• Electrician will program, troubleshoot, and utilize programmable controllers, PLCs
• Electrician will adjust and coordinate complex machine automation systems
• Electrician will calibrate components and systems to ensure adherence to product specifications
• Electrician will fabricate and modify electrical operation and control enclosures for plant equipment
• Electrician will test equipment after repairs and modifications

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 1-3+ years experience as an electrician in an industrial environment
• Associates degree or equivalent experience required
• Candidates must have a strong knowledge of the National Electric Code
• Candidates must be proficient with PLC Programmers, Electric Motor Drives, Ammeters, Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Power Supplies, Shop tools
• Machine installation experience required
