Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a hard‑working technician for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 2:30PM–1AM ET) to perform hydrostatic testing and precision pump assembly. You will read drawings, use precision tools, and interpret English and metric measurements while handling heavy parts with lifts and cranes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, teamwork, and good dexterity. Overtime and benefits from day one are provided as part of a comprehensive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read drawings and follow instructions precisely.
• Capable of reading precision measuring equipment and using mixed measurement systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform Hydrostatic Pressure Testing to meet quality standards.
• Assemble and disassemble precision pumps per BOM and drawings.
• Read blueprints and operate measuring tools in English and metric systems.
• Move materials with lifts and operate cranes for heavy parts.
• Follow procedures and safety guidelines; learn additional duties as needed.
