Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking a Hydraulic Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Gettysburg, PA. The role monitors and maintains press equipment to meet quality standards, with a schedule Monday to Thursday from 2:30pm to 1:00am and an hourly rate of $23.18.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 year manufacturing/production experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand and speak basic English.
• Ability to work in a safe and conscientious manner.

Responsibilities

• Monitors efficient operation of press equipment within control plans.
• Identifies minor mechanical problems and performs adjustments to equipment as needed.
• Performs routine cleaning of equipment as needed for color changes.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating and safety procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.
