Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Maintenance Technician for 1st shift in Gettysburg, PA. You will perform mechanical and electrical work on mixing equipment, presses and kilns, ensuring reliable operation for our manufacturing lines.

Requires 3+ years electro-mechanical maintenance, knowledge of servomotors and drive units, and basic computer skills. Shift is Mon-Thu from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm with a strong emphasis on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years industrial electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of servomotors and drive units.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains or repairs equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Diagnoses issues from blueprints, drawings, layouts or specs.
• Dismantles machines and performs repairs as needed.
• Adjusts machines for proper operation and performs preventative maintenance.
• Performs light electrical repairs and installations.
• Keeps records of service and maintains a safe, organized work area.
