Carrier Enterprise in Hanover, MD is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations, including picking and verifying orders, loading and unloading products, and maintaining inventory control. Eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.

The role supports distribution of HVAC products to licensed dealers and contractors, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer service. Full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Proficiency with inventory and shipping/receiving systems.
• Current forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Uphold Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Scan products to ensure accurate and timely shipping.
• Collaborate with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) for product delivery.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Other duties as assigned.
