Vanguard Resources, Inc. is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians to support the Samsung Semiconductor Campus in Taylor, Texas. This is a full-time, second-shift role from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM on-site with overtime opportunities and a steady, dedicated campus.

You will perform preventive maintenance on RTUs, chillers and BAS/BMS interfaces, troubleshoot issues, document work in CMMS, and collaborate with a small on-site team. We offer career growth through paid education and tuition reimbursement.

Formación

• Commercial or industrial HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification preferred; candidates may obtain during hiring.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Inspect and service components including filters, coils, belts and motors.
• Work with RTUs, VAV systems, chillers and chilled-water systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with diagnosing issues.
• Document inspections and completed work in CMMS/work-order system.
• Follow OSHA and site safety requirements.
