Job summary

Vanguard Resources, Inc. is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians to support the Samsung Semiconductor Campus in Taylor, TX. This is a full-time, second-shift role, Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with pay of $20.00–$30.00 per hour based on skills and experience.

You’ll work at one dedicated campus with a brand-new facility, focusing on preventive maintenance and reliability. OT opportunities may be available, and safety is a top priority on site.

Qualifications

• HVAC maintenance, preventive upkeep and system inspections.
• Experience with RTUs, VAV, chillers and chilled-water systems is a plus.
• EPA 608 certification preferred; NATE a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required for on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
• Inspect, clean and service HVAC components (filters, coils, belts, motors, drains).
• Work with RTUs, VAV systems, chillers and chilled-water systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and diagnose issues.
• Document inspections and completed work in CMMS/work-order system.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team.
• Follow all safety requirements (OSHA).
• Participate in occasional overtime or on-call rotation.
