Job summary
Vanguard Resources, Inc. is hiring HVAC Maintenance Technicians for the Samsung Semiconductor Campus in Taylor, Texas. This full-time, second-shift role runs Monday–Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, at a pay range of $20–$30 per hour based on skills and experience, with occasional overtime opportunities.

Qualifications
- Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC is preferred.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-minded approach.
- EPA 608 certification preferred; willing to consider during hiring.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
- Inspect and service HVAC components including filters, coils, belts, motors and bearings.
- Work with RTUs, VAV systems, chillers and chilled-water systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and diagnose system issues.
- Document inspections and completed work in the CMMS/work-order system.
