Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• One year of relevant experience in supply management, receiving, warehousing, distribution, or other comparable operational roles.
• Experience supervising or directing the work of others.
• Experience applying procedures to receive, store, and distribute products.
• Ability to form and manage effective teams.
• Knowledge of planning, mobilizing, and distributing resources to meet business objectives.

Aufgaben

• Physically receive, store, and distribute medical supplies.
• Operate material handling equipment and move supplies within the facility.
• Update inventory and receipts in PeopleSoft.
• Replenish Omnicell cabinets and update inventory balances.
• Respond to clinic customer questions and resolve issues promptly.
• Determine staffing needs for second shift and adjust hours as needed.
• Manage inventory discrepancies and adjust charges for received products.
• Be on duty for the receiving dock on second shift for major deliveries.
• Review Omnicell usage reports and make par level recommendations.
