Qualifications

• Basic Training Certification from the International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety within 12 months.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire and recertified every 2 years.
• Valid NH driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guard hospital property against fire, theft, vandalism and unauthorized entry.
• Patrol lobbies, corridors and public rooms; interview guests and employees as needed.
• Inspect doors, windows and gates to ensure security; respond to incidents and complete reports.
• Assist management and law enforcement in emergencies; liaise with local authorities when required.
• Regulate vehicle and pedestrian traffic at campus entrances and perform safety checks.
