St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a qualified Plumber to support the Facilities team on the second shift (1:00PM - 9:30PM).

Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and repairing hospital plumbing systems, documenting work in CMMS, and coordinating with engineers and clinical staff to keep patient care areas safe and compliant. The role requires a journeyman plumber with 2+ years of experience, a high school diploma/GED, and a willingness to obtain certifications within

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a journeyman plumber.
• Cross Connection Certification or Backflow Certification within 12 months.
• Journeyman license preferred.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read diagrams and specifications.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of delivering high quality FM services and maintain facilities equipment.
• Respond to technical queries and escalate as needed.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and equipment per codes.
• Complete work orders and document details in CMMS.
• Conduct rounds of hospital plumbing systems to ensure operation and compliance.
• Collaborate with Facilities staff, engineers, and clinical personnel to coordinate plumbing work.
• Maintain a strong safety focus and follow PPE protocols.
• Ensure documentation and records are accurate.
