Job summary

KIK Consumer Products is seeking a 2nd shift production associate to reliably operate high-speed filling and packaging lines. You will set up, monitor, and adjust equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency while maintaining safety standards. You’ll log production metrics and communicate issues to maintenance and QA teams.

Position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ year of manufacturing experience. Weekend and overtime flexibility is expected as business needs require.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience; learn machine operation in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions; maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run high-speed filling and packaging equipment safely and efficiently at targeted line speeds.
• Start up, shut down, and adjust machine speeds and controls to maintain throughput.
• Watch for jams, spills, or line upsets and respond to reduce downtime and waste.
