Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or equivalent preferred.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing, lab, mechanical or engineering experience.
• Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with cGMP, manufacturing, machine operations, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine manufacturing tasks per SOPs and cGMP.
• Coordinate production procedures and schedules.
• Prepare components, media, buffers, and other solutions.
• Accurately document, review, and batch records.
• Work in sterile formulation environments and assist with in-process testing.
• Support cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
• Maintain a cGMP-compliant environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
