Catalent's Chelsea, Massachusetts site is a GMP facility serving as a Center of Excellence for spray dry dispersion and dry powder inhaler manufacturing. We seek a Pharmaceutical Technician II to independently execute GMP unit operations, ensure documentation integrity, and support troubleshooting across multiple areas in a 2/2/3 shift, onsite in Chelsea, MA.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Must have strong documentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP manufacturing operations independently across multiple unit operations such as spray drying, blending, encapsulation, and packaging
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation
• Coordinate material handling and staging activities
• Assist in deviation investigations; Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and process deviations
• Identify and recommend process improvements; Adjust equipment within defined process limits
• Interface with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Engineering as needed
• Perform all other duties as assigned
