Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is assisting a Vernon, CA printing company to fill a 2nd Shift Gluer Assistant role. The position pays $18.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with overtime required as needed.

The Production Assistant will support the Gluer Department by feeding the machine, packing folding cartons, palletizing, shrink-wrapping pallets, and assisting the Gluer Operator.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to lift, push/pull up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift (12 hours)
• Assist Gluer Operator, feed the machine, pack folding cartons, palletize and shrink-wrap pallets
• Must have attention to detail
• Other duties including 5S and keeping workspace clean and organized
• Must work safely by following procedures and policies
• May operate a pallet jack when necessary

Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM-9:30 PM | Must Be Available for Overtime

A printing company in the city of Vernon is looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to contribute to the efficiency of Gluer Department and support their facility operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to lift, push pull up to 50lbs, and stand for the duration of the shift (12 hours per day).


• Must be available for OT and working weekends if needed.


• Will be assisting the Gluer Operator , feeding the machine, packing folding carton, palletizing and shrink-wrapping pallets.


• Must have attention to detail.


• Other miscellaneous duties, including 5S, keeping workstation/area in order, clean and sorted.


• Must work safely by following established procedures and policies.

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to perform duties.


• Ability to lift, pull, push up to 50lbs.


• Must be able to stand the full duration of their shift.


• May need to operate a pallet jack when necessary.
