Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust guillotine cutting machines.
• Load, align, and prepare materials for cutting.
• Set machine speeds, blade positions, and pressure as needed.
• Measure and cut materials accurately per job specs.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Sort nonconforming products.
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance.
• Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance.
• Assist with organizing and storing materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and production procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

2nd Shift Die Cutter Operator

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday / 1:00 PM-9:30 PM
Must be available for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

A printing company in Vernon is seeking an experienced Die Cutter Operator to operate a guillotine cutter and ensure materials are accurately cut according to job specifications. The ideal candidate has mechanical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and adjust guillotine cutting machines
• Load, align, and prepare materials for cutting
• Set machine speeds, blade positions, and pressure as needed
• Measure and cut materials accurately according to job specifications
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Sort nonconforming products
• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance
• Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance
• Assist with organizing and storing materials
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
