Job summary

GE Vernova is hiring for a 2nd shift manufacturing technician in Pensacola, FL. You will assemble, bend, form, braze, and stack generator components, following drawings and instructions while maintaining quality and safety.

The role requires basic manufacturing experience, the ability to operate cranes and machinery, and lifting of up to 35 lbs with occasional heavy lifting. You may train on 1st shift, then move to 2nd shift as operations ramp.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willing to work any shift and overtime including weekends.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and push/pull 50 lbs with/without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, bend, form, mold, braze, tape, and stack parts per drawings and instructions.
• Set up and adjust machines; operate controls and monitor cycles.
• Check parts for conformance and rework as needed.
• Prepare frames and stacking pits for operations; ensure proper alignment.
