Responsibilities

• Produce, inspect, or package product following work instructions.
• Ensure materials are labeled and packaged properly.
• Accurately complete daily production and quality paperwork.
• Enter data into computer systems on time.
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas.
• May operate forklift and/or overhead crane to move materials.
• Warehousing/Packaging Associates may use lifting equipment to load/unload materials.

General Manufacturing Associates learn skills in one or more Production areas – such as: packaging, warehouse, straightening, broaching, facilities, and grit blasting. You will:

• Produce, inspect, or package product following work instructions
• Ensure materials are labeled and packaged properly
• Accurately complete daily production and quality paperwork
• Enter data into the computer systems on time
• Perform general maintenance and housekeeping of working areas
• May operate forklift and/or overhead crane to safely move materials
• Warehousing/Packaging Associates may also proper lifting equipment to load and unload materials and/or pallets from trailers or designated storage units

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment

Physical | Visual Demands:

• Ability to stand 8-12 hours a day
• Ability to sit, stand, squat and bend
• Reach overhead with one or both arms
• Repetitive movement of lifting and placing parts on machines / up to 15 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to occasionally push/pull up to 75 pounds
