Employ-Temps Staffing Services is seeking a dependable 2nd Shift General Labor candidate for our Columbiana, OH location. You will assist in manufacturing plastic products, install components, stack finished goods, and ensure quality control while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

2nd Shift General Labor

We are currently seeking dependable and eager-to-learn candidates for the position of 2nd Shift General Labor in Columbiana, OH. If you are motivated, reliable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

While previous experience in plastics or manufacturing is preferred, it is not required. If you are detail-oriented with open availability, this role could be an excellent fit. Join a team that values hard work and dedication.

Hours:

• 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 5/6 days a week, may include weekends

Pay: $15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the manufacturing of plastic products
• Install components into molded items
• Stack and organize finished products
• Label and inspect products for quality control
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation
• Keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements:

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in manufacturing or plastics (not required)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• No formal experience required, but any background in manufacturing is a plus
