Mercury Plastics, located in Middlefield, OH, is hiring a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; the role involves loading materials, operating machines, counting and packing products, and ensuring quality while meeting output targets. The successful candidate works in a team environment under an Area Manager and Shift Lead, with responsibilities including

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for full shift.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Load or insert product into various machines and activate the machine
• Unload product, visually inspect and pack product
• Maintain cycle times to meet/exceed minimum rates
• Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality specifications
• Pack finished parts for shipment, may include using packaging tape
• Keep equipment and work area clean
• Know and follow all OSHA and Mercury Plastics safety rules
• Read and Interpret Work Instructions

Job Summary

An established manufacturing company in Middlefield, OH is seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate does not need experience!! We will train for this position! The Manufacturing Operator works in a team environment; loading product and material into equipment and containers, counting and packing product and ensuring quality while meeting expected output.
