Meijer is hiring store team members who value excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience. You will engage customers, communicate tasks to teammates, and mentor others to consistently meet sales and service goals.

You will support training, scheduling, and safety, lead by example, and help foster a welcoming, inclusive environment while contributing to store profitability.

Competenze

• Passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with others and influence team members to meet goals.

• Support training of new team members and cross-training.
• Assist with department scheduling to boost engagement and performance.

• Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing and product displays.
• Contribute to a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Operate a register and cash handling when needed.
• May act in Lead capacity in other departments as required.
