Alden Central School District is seeking a Laborer for the high school 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.). The role involves routine cleaning, floor care, basic maintenance, and outdoor tasks in a 12-month position.

Salary is $23.00/hour with a 5% shift differential, plus benefits including health insurance and NYS pension. Requirements include a High School/Trade School degree preferred and citizenship/residency or work visa eligibility.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine manual tasks.
• Physical stamina for long shifts and outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Sweep and mop offices, halls, and stairs.
• Maintain and service floors and equipment.
• Assist with outdoor maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Load/unload trucks and handle trash or soiled linen.
• Follow safety regulations and read MSDS for hazardous materials.
