Job summary

Saddle Creek in Belton, MO is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a team of 10–12 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse. You will drive productivity, quality, and safety while supporting the client’s product needs and daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a leadership role, strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to coach and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a leadership role with change-management experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to motivate others.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Organized with multitasking, cross-training, and adaptability.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 10-12 hourly associates in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Assist our client with the needs and demands of their products.
• Ensure productivity standards and cost-control targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintain exceptional customer service by hitting KPIs (order fill accuracy, inventory, inspections).
• Monitor KPIs, promote LEAN principles, and participate in process-improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and communicate goals clearly to staff.
• Coach, train, and mentor associates to grow and develop.
• Conduct annual performance reviews.
