• Experience developing leadership and technical skills in employees.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational standards for quality and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles.
• Develop and manage key metrics and KPIs for operations.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability and ownership.
• Lead and develop assigned managers and planners.
• Analyze budget requests and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Collaborate with HR on manpower needs.
• Partner with directors to ensure product quality.
