Job summary

Staffing Network in Hayward, CA is seeking a 2nd Shift Freezer Warehouse Associate to support a fast-paced distribution center. You will operate PIT equipment, pick, stage, and load products for outbound shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy.

This role requires at least 1 year in sub-zero freezer, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime. The position offers competitive hourly pay of $23.00/hour and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year sub-zero freezer experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience operating all listed warehouse equipment.
• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) including cherry picker, reach truck, stand-on pallet jack, and sit-down forklift.
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Receive inbound shipments, verify contents, and stock items accordingly.
• Perform inventory control functions, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Ensure all orders meet company quality and accuracy standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
