Job summary

Quva is hiring a Production Technician I – Formulation in Bloomsbury, NJ to support daily manufacturing activities for non-sterile and sterile operations. The role offers a full-time schedule on the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM) with limited overtime and requires strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The position involves weighing chemicals, formulating bulk solutions, sterile testing, clean room work, and following detailed work instructions while maintaining meticulous

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass a drug and background check.
• Able and willing to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• 18+ years of age.
• Comfortable using mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Requires gowning, aseptic technique, competency assessments, and media fill qualification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Weigh chemicals to support product formulation.
• Formulate bulk intermediate solutions.
• Perform sterile filter integrity testing.
• Clean and disinfect clean rooms.
• Submit daily supply list to receiving by the scheduled time.
• Open/close Formulation pods and ILP per work instructions.
• Collaborate tactfully and stay composed under pressure.
• Follow directions carefully to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Take detailed notes and identify problems proactively.
